Brain::Science is a science communication website aimed at health professionals and researchers and dedicated to covering scientific advancements in brain health. We address both basic research and the development of new forms of diagnosis and treatments, especially regarding the relationship between the health of the brain and other organs and systems of the human body. Brain::Science was created by a group of researchers, entrepreneurs and journalists who were inspired by the most recent scientific contributions of Sérgio Mascarenhas, a major Brazilian physicist and inventor, who was professor emeritus at the São Carlos Institute of Physics at the University of São Paulo, Brazil.
The content is created by Editora Casa da Árvore and sponsored by brain4care, a company founded by Mascarenhas in 2014.
